1. General Provisions

• Account passwords and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.

2.2 Identity Verification

7ju77 may at any time request the necessary documents (such as a copy of a national ID card or passport) to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

3. Age Verification & Eligibility

All services on 7ju77 are available only to users aged 21 and above. Accounts belonging to underage persons will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

By creating an account, the user confirms that they are 21 years of age or older and are using their own funds to bet. If it is subsequently proven that the user registered while underage, all transactions from that period will be considered void.

7ju77 is committed to protecting minors from gambling and takes the necessary age verification measures for this purpose.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits through third parties are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time is generally 10–45 minutes.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings from bonuses.
• It is recommended that the deposit and withdrawal methods be the same.

4.3 Rejected Transactions

If 7ju77 suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other irregularity in a transaction, it reserves the right to suspend or cancel that transaction. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 7ju77 can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (wagering requirements apply only to the bonus amount, not to the deposit + bonus combined). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each user may use each promotion only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• 7ju77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.
• There may be restrictions on which games or betting categories a bonus applies to.

6. Betting & Casino Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is affected by a technical error, 7ju77 may consider that bet void.

• Being identified as an underage person.

8.2 Closure by the User

Users may also request to close their account at any time. Any available balance may be withdrawn before account closure, subject to the applicable terms.
